Get Rid Of Your Cellulite
can you get rid of cellulite by just exercising or using a treadmill or what kind of exercise is good for that
Filed under: Cellulite Exercise

The only exercise that helped with my Cellulite has been Pilates. The leg lifts and bicycle moves are especially helpful. Running and walking are also somewhat effective. However, cellulite can be difficult to remove.

Unfortunately, I am in good shape everywhere except my bottom and right under my bottom…thanks to family genes! lol
The best way I have figured out to control cellulite is to do cardio, like jogging, maybe 15 minutes a day, plus some strengthening exercises for the backs of my legs and I also try not to eat so much bread because that stuff is a cellulite generator. Hope this helps!

I’d really love to know the answer to this one too!

    And what about strech marks?

Stick with this, and you will lose weight safely:
Eat as close to vegetarianism as possible. No franks, sausage, cut out eggs if you have to.
Cut out tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
Eat lots of vegetables and some fruits.
Take a quality multi-vitamin from your local ‘health’ store or vitaminshoppe.com
Get plenty of excersize. (any kind)
