		<description>Unfortunately, I am in good shape everywhere except my bottom and right under my bottom...thanks to family genes! lol
The best way I have figured out to control cellulite is to do cardio, like jogging, maybe 15 minutes a day, plus some strengthening exercises for the backs of my legs and I also try not to eat so much bread because that stuff is a cellulite generator.
