Does exercise help to get rid of cellulite, or have you got rid of it another way?

I once heard that Cellulite it genetic and once you reach a certain weight it will always be there. Think of it as your tissue is a chain link fence and your fat cells are a pillow pushing through that. Once that fence has been pushes its hard to restrengthen that connective muscle tissue. You can reduce it – cardio, resistance training in the targeted area, and the occasional massage to the area to stimulate blood flow and collagen regrowth.

exercise gets you into shape by burning fat and building muscle. its the concept of speeding up your metabolism to burn off excess fat. there are other ways to lose the fat in using unconventional methods, but what has worked for years is old fashioned exercise.
