Exercise Techniques to Help Get Rid of Cellulite

One of the most important fundamentals in losing cellulite fat, is to exercise. Not only will exercises help you with cellulite reduction, but they’ll also help you burn calories and unwanted fat which will help in losing weight as well. Exercising is also one of the cheapest ways to get rid of cellulite as well. As you might know by now, creams can be costly, and you can never be sure if the cream or treatment you’re using really works as well as they claim. If you can just find the time to exercise on a frequent basis, which will help you to get good blood circulation, and strengthen much of that fat into muscle, you will start to notice results rather quickly.

Below is a list of several types of exercises that you can do to see the best results possible.

Cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises.
Strengthening and toning.
Swimming, jogging, and aerobic activity.
Stair climbing, biking, and walking.

Cardiovascular Exercises

This types of exercising improve your heart rate, and the way you breath.  When using this exercising technique, you will reduce a lot of those undesirable fats and calories that are causing you to have excessive weight gain. When you exercise on a frequent basis, your body will naturally boost its own metabolism.

Anaerobic Exercises

This type of exercising will help to contain your weight, which also helps in reducing cellulite. The skin on your body will begin to become more flexible, and fatty tissues will be translated into lean tissues. Your skin will no longer appear saggy which will help reduce the appearance of cellulite in problem areas.

Here are a few more exercises that you can use to get rid of cellulite:

1) Inner Thigh Exercise. This exercise is done by lying on your left side, with your hips and ankles together with the shoulder. Curve your right knee into a 90 degree angle, and then lift up your left leg to the ceiling. After that, bring your left leg down. Reverse and do the same to the right leg.

2) Knees and Elbows Exercise. Bring your leg towards your back with your other toe on the ground. Lift your leg towards the ceiling and then slowly bring it back down to the ground. Then do your next leg the same way (switching from right to left). Lift your knee and expand your heel up and back to the ceiling, and then do the same to your next leg, changing sides.

I’m chubby and I wanna get rid or it. Most of my excess fat is around my middle, and my thighs, and i have cellulite on the backs of my thighs. I do a lot of exercise but it never seems to go away. PLEASE any good exercise techniques, or diets I can do. I wanna lose at least ten or fifteen pounds. PLEASE thank you so much!!

I gained weight. I was 140 lbs and I tried different programs but not all worked. I took xenical tablets and although it helped, but I wasn’t comfortable with its effect. It felt like I have gastritis or something. I also tried Atkin’s diet and Suzanne Somers’ somersizing program.

The fastest and most effective for me is the combination of taking SENADRIN tablets, somersizing program and the after six diet .

Senadrin is a product of GNC. My cousin told me its very popular in states and she tried it herself. Senadrin curls up my appetite and it helps in increasing my metabolism. It also boost my energy.
The instruction in the bottle says, it should be 2 tablets before meal in the morning and afternoon. I only take 1 tablet before meal. Then I food-combine (somersizing) As much as possible i don’t mix carbo meal with fat/protein meal. And I don’t eat after 6 pm.
If I eat after 6 pm, I only go for high protein meal. I don’t exercise and I could still pretty much eat anything! With what I do, I lose 2 lbs a day!

Try searching about senadrin tablets and somersizing program. Somersizing is better than Atkin’s diet. It teaches people how to eat anything while still losing weight.

    Now, I weigh 124 lbs

Do planks for abs. They burn fat and help carve out your midsection in due quick time if you do them correctly.

hey, im in your exact position, same age, same weight and same problem. it sucks not being able to get rid of it. the best diet ive found is no diet at all. take what you would normally eat and cut it in half. people always say that exercise in key to loosing weight and yeah it is. but it has A LOT to do with how many calories you take in. really watch your diet more than anything else. as for exercise, do 20 minutes of cardio a day and take walks at night to ease the tensing of your muscles.

I’m 13 , 5’5 and I weigh 140. I blame it all on my sexy huge caves. The only way you can naturally lose weight, is just exercise, go outside do something active for an hour atleast or a hard core 30 minutes. Go play some soccer outside, or go find someone to play tennis with, or go grab your basketball and play on the court, go jog around the block, go swimming, also just watch your carbs, or just avoid eating as much as you can, and eat healthy. It is hard to lose so much fat before school starts which is pretty much in a month, but you can just do the best you can with the amount of time you have. Just go 3-5 days a week, and go outside and be active! Don’t worry about what other people think about you, everyone is unique and different, some people are big, some people are small, some people are tall, some people are short. Just have fun while exercising, and time will fly! Good luck.

Proportionally, you are fine. The height to weight is not out of range, and at age 15, you should not be that worried about it if you are eating healthy. Remember, if you start losing weight very quickly, you are more likely to gain it right back just as fast. Take it slow, and eat healthy. Start walking or jogging on a regular basis. Good luck! :o )

Eating healthy and exercising is the way to go. All the old folks say it, but I’m a young person your age that’s trying to make sense of it too; I’ve added tips and a little guide for you, too.

Eat fruits and vegetables and take a daily multivitamin. I don’t really eat a lot of vegetables, but I try to eat fruits. Try to find a healthy snack that you like, and try to stick to it. For example, I’m into carrots. Go on walks. Be active. Try to exercise every day, whether it is doing 10 push ups, or jogging for half an hour.

Special diets don’t work in the long run. Sure you may get that 10-15 pounds off quick, but when you start eating regularly, you’ll gain it again. Be consistent with your body.

You may want to take it easy with the exercise at first. Keep it gradual, yet consistent. Drink several glasses of water a day to stay hydrated.

I sort of understand how you feel, although with me it is the opposite. I’m always seeking out ways to gain weight, because I’m thin. I’m about your age, 5’6, and 105 lbs. People always say, "Oh, I’d die to be your size," but at the end of the day, all that’s important is that you’re healthy.

You want to do exercises like squats, crunches, push ups, pull ups. They don’t sound fun, and really aren’t after a while, so don’t stress yourself out about it if you can’t do a lot. You’ll improve as time progresses. These exercises will target your fat in the areas you described.

    Other tips:
    - Drink lots of water, you’re pee should be clear
    - This is the time to go swimming
    - Walks are good, especially in the summer, because you also get vitamins from the sun
    - Stay away from fast food. McDonald’s Fries/Sweet Tea is my absolute weakness, but the globs of fat and pounds of sugar you’re putting into you’re body isn’t good.
    - Drink skim milk, which is low in fat, but has the Vitamin D and Calcium for strong bones
    - Eat protein! Eggs and meat/fish is good, but don’t overdo it, as animal products are high in cholesterol. If you are a vegetarian/vegan, eat beans. If you soak them for a day before cooking them, the gasses escape, and you won’t have gas.
    - When you feel confident enough, start lifting weights or going to the gym
    - I recommend Women’s One a Day Multi-Vitamin
    - If you have a dog that another family member walks, walk it yourself! Maybe even play fetch with it.

***Stay away from weight loss pills, like HydroxiCut, or whatever it’s called. There isn’t a shortcut to losing weight without hurting your body. A lot of those things make you poop out your body fat, which is gross and creates all sorts of problems.

    My little conclusion:
I understand that you want to be thinner, but hopefully it’s to look and be healthy. There seems to be a particular figure that everyone is going after, but almost no one actually has. The bigger people are using pills to wipe the fat off, and the thinner people are damaging their bodies to get curves.

Good luck. I hope you reach your goal.
