I am 25 years old, 5ft 6in, 137 lbs. I have always had ugly legs. So bad I am ashamed to wear shorts or anything that shows above my knee. I have really bad cellulite. I walk daily and am a vegetarian, so I am very healthy. My legs are so lumpy, they look like they should be on a 50 year old woman. Would liposuction work? What else could help? Also, could there be a medical condition that I need to get checked out?
you may be at a healthy weight but its the amount of body fat that is important then what you weigh on the scale. the less body fat you have the less Cellulite you will have. cellulite is a connective tissue disorder, the fat is stored and metabolized the same as in all other places in the body
Maybe you need to do some cardio like running, jogging, cycling etc. Maybe walking isn't burning enough fat?

First of all, cellulite is not a disease. Its perfectly normal. However, there could be a non serious underlying cause like water retention caused by weak lymphatic drainage. Walking daily and not eating meat doesn't have much to do with being healthy or not having cellulite. You have to strengthen the muscles found underneath the fat layers. So if you have cellulite on your butt, do squats and lunges. If its your legs, then do resistance exercises for your leg muscles. If you smoke stop smoking. Drink atleast 2 litres of water a day, it will help flush out toxins (they have a lot to do with cellulite). Limit your intake of alcohol and caffeine. If you're out in the sun a lot, use a sunscreen.(UVA and UVB rays weaken collagen in your skin making it thinner so it won't be able to conceal cellulite) About liposuction…don't do it!Liposuction is for reshaping, it will not work for you. Liposuction can make cellulite a lot worse, its the last thing you need! First of all, it removes fat found in deeper layers. Cellulite is found in the fat layer right under the dermis. Second, liposuction destroys little capillaries and lymph vessels. This will cause fluid to build up and make fat cells swell and push harder into your skin.

I feel for you..
I've heard that.. although there is no way to get rid of it, regarless of what the products say, you can tone the muscle underneath the cellulte, and it will cause it to reduce the appearance… also losing weight helps.. (but you're not over weight…)
I plan on trying to do that to see if it helps me…
