So really, is it possible to get rid of cellulite through exercise?

Please help. I’ve gotten so many mixed reviews while researching. My problem area is my butt and thighs. I’m skinny but cellulite is there…a LOT! It’s like my butt has no shape what so ever. So to anyone here with experience, have you lost cellulite with exercise?

There are several great Cellulite Removal treatment therapies on the market today. The most common is mesotherapy. Mesotherapy involves injections of vitamins into the target area that helps break down the fat. Does it hurt? Everyone’s pain tolerance is different so it is difficult to say. Mesotherapy costs $250 – $600 per treatment and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

Lippodissolve is very similar to Mesotherapy but it uses a more concentrated solution of vitamins. It generally costs between $400-$1000, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

Endermologie is a technique where rollers are applied to the target area to help smooth out the cellulite. Generally, endermologie is needed to be done twice a week to be affective. It generally costs between $50 – $70, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

Velasmooth is a technique that combines Endermologie with radio frequency designed help speed up your metabolism to burn up the fat causing Cellulite. Treatments generally costs between $250 – $400, and like the other treatments only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

    yes it is.
you need to gain more muscle,
so i would do strength training.
cellulite is just fat bunched under your skin.

You can definitely reduce or even rid your cellulite with exercise.
But not the traditional exercises in the gym, cos that sort of exercise targets the larger muscle groups like abs or biceps. Aerobics is also targeted at the wrong area ie cardio.
What you need are specific exercises that firm up the thin muscle layer that sits under your cellulite. You see when these fibre muscles become flabby, its reflected through the dermis onto the skin, hence the lumpy appearance. When you exercise these musles and smooth them out, your skin follows the contour and once again becomes smooth.

Develop an exercise program that is designed to help remove your body fat content. Exercise is an effective way of reducing the amount of cellulite that you have. Effective exercise programs will need to include cardio, strength training and flexibility training. You should try working out at least 3 to 4 times a week.

Buy a moisturizer that has a sunless tanner mixed in. The moisturizer will hydrate you skin and reduce the severity of the rippling. The sunless tanner will darken you skin making your cellulite less visible. This is a great cosmetic trick to hide cellulite while you work on lowering your body fat content.

Shop for a quality cellulite treatment cream. There are a lot of these products on the market. You want to look for a cream that contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients.
