what is cellulite – Can exercise get rid of it?
i have it on my legs, i have started up an excercise prgram – running three times a week as well as a boxing class once a week. I’m also not eating anything that is high in sugars or carbohydrates (as well as a strict diet plan, not some mental crash diet)- i heard drinking water helps to reduce it but if you have it you will always have it……….is what i am doing going to get rid of it even a little bit or will i never lose it?
Until 3 months ago , i had cellulite on my legs and some on my arms as well.
I went to the gym, i did circuit classes, weight training and a lot of cardio on the treadmill. 5 times a week, combined with a good diet and at least 3 litres of water a day. No junk food, no soft drinks, no sugar or white bread. But i never gave up coffee ( too much to ask)
My Cellulite to date has not completely disappeared but is barely visible and i look much toner and slimmer.
It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.

Wiki has a very good info on it

For most women, cellulite is inevitable–but, cellulite is fat, and the less fat you have, the less cellulite you will have. Your diet and exercise regimen will certainly help, but it probably will not make you completely cellulite-free. My advice is to do the best you can with your diet and exercise while accepting that you will always have a little something extra. You’re a woman, and a little softness is sexy.

I remember reading somewhere that there is nothing you can do to get rid of cellulite… i think there is some laser treatment or something that costs a few thousand dollars, but that only lasts around 6months , and then you have to get it done again. Otherwise, there is no way to get rid of it.
But I wouldnt worry if I were you – its part of your body, so you should accept it

Sorry to spread it to ya. But there can be nothing done to get rid of it. You probably know what it is so I wont bother explaining. But yes probably doing an exercise program will help but it wont totally get rid of it. ha vent actually have it yet myself but I hope it stays that way anyways. Love ya

I’m thin but I have cellulite. I find if I’m toned then it is less noticeable, and the less body fat I have then the less cellulite I have (cellulite is just fat).
You might not get rid of it totally, but toned legs and a fake tan will help and honestly you’ll notice it more than other people do.

You can get rid of it, exercise helps but it’s not the only step to remove it.
Try also:
Dry skin body brushing
Cellulite massage
Drink plenty of water
Squats and leg raises
