I need a good EXERCISE (NOT pills!) to lose cellulite on my upper legs. It's not excessive, but I still don't like it. I don't want diet pills or anything like that because it's just my upper legs that are the problem, not my stomach or anything like that. Thanks.
Cellulite is nothing but a form of fat so you cannot lose fat just from your upper legs but you would see a overall loss of fat if you start working out.
There's no exercise called as spot exercise. Anyone who says that is a cheat.
You can start doing running exercise daily and try to touch your hands to your feet without bending your knees. Cycling and swimming also can help a lot.
Also start drinking 2-3 glasses of lukewarm water with lemon squeezed in it every morning on an empty stomach.
Reduce your intake of high calorie diet like fried food or beef and pork.
