I've just started using Nivea Good-Bye Cellulite Anti-Cellulite Gel, and was wondering if I'm going to get results or if I've wasted my oh-so-very-precious $12.50.
I know people who have tried that particular brand and it did not work for them. I believe there are better (and costlier!) products available. I've used one that I ordered on line. It helped only minimally but when I started using a body brush and doing a "dry" vigorous scrub on my legs in conjuction with the lotion it seemed to increase the results. You're breaking up the fat cells with the dry massage which further enhances the products effectiveness.
Nivea Goodbye Cellulite works in about a month. Stick to it everyday…don't expect results in an instant.

usually they dont, but maybe this will. Cellulite needs to be massaged the pocks of fat need to get blood flowing to them, you need to try drinking more water and massaging it.
EVERYONE has some cellulite whether they like it or not.
it wont completely go away but it can become a bit less noticable

If you think you can rub a cream on you to get rid of fat, you are nuts. Whats cheaper then 12.50? Opening your door and taking a fast walk…..

basically using ANY moisturizing lotion and massaging it into your skin will work wonders on cellulite…that and running!

Hi
I didn't see any results with using the Nivea GoodBye Cellulite Gel.
But I have tried dry skin body brushing, drinking water and herbal teas, a few leg raises and squats, and cellulite massage does the trick to remove cellulite.

Nivea products, if used alone, do not work for me.
You have to:
- avoid fast food and sodas
- massage your problem areas
- scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
- use a contrast shower
- Go for some body wrapping procedures.
Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.
