Nivea products, if used alone, do not work for me.

You have to:
– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
– use a contrast shower
– Go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed! . I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

I didn't see any results with using the Nivea GoodBye Cellulite Gel.

But I have tried dry skin body brushing, drinking water and herbal teas, a few leg raises and squats, and cellulite massage does the trick to remove cellulite.

I know people who have tried that particular brand and it did not work for them. I believe there are better (and costlier!) products available. I've used one that I ordered on line. It helped only minimally but when I started using a body brush and doing a "dry" vigorous scrub on my legs in conjuction with the lotion it seemed to increase the results. You're breaking up the fat cells with the dry massage which further enhances the products effectiveness.

basically using ANY moisturizing lotion and massaging it into your skin will work wonders on cellulite...that and running!

If you think you can rub a cream on you to get rid of fat, you are nuts. Whats cheaper then 12.50? Opening your door and taking a fast walk.....
