   The only, effective, anti-cellulite "treatments" are to not be born or have liposuction.
   Both of these are medical fact.

   I believe there is no product that works alone, there is more you have to do to reduce cellulite.

   You have to:
   – avoid fast food and sodas
   – massage your problem areas
   – scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
   – use a contrast shower
   – go for some body wrapping procedures.

   Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed! . I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

   There isn't one anti-cellulite product that works by itself, the following worked for me:

   Dry body brushing
   Cellulite massage
   Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
   Leg raises and squats
