Is it easier to lose belly cellulite than cellulite in thighs?

I don’t have any cellulite in thighs but I do have in the belly area. I heard that loosing cellulite in thighs needs a lot of exersice, some creme products and diet ofcourse! Is it easier for the belly area? Because I hate it! If I lost enough kgs so that my belly gets flat, will it still be visible?

Please don’t pay any attention to those spam websites. Unfortunately, there is no way to target body fat from any particular area of your body. You can tone and firm muscles on your belly or thighs by targeting those specific muscle groups, but there is nothing to lose the Cellulite. That’s just something that all of us women must learn to deal with by being confident in ourselves, and living a healthy lifestyle. I would try some exercise classes at a gym to help you get motivated, and learn the best workouts for you.

    Stay away from processed foods.

    Make a herbal wrap by mixing a cup of corn oil with ½ cup of grapefruit juice and 2 teaspoons of dried thyme. Massage the mixture into your thighs, hips and buttock areas. Cover all areas with plastic wrap to lock in body heat. You can also use a heating pad over each area for about five minutes for extra results.

    Do not drink any carbonated beverages.

    The main ingredient in cellulite creams is caffeine; use you morning coffee grounds to massage your cellulite areas. Sit on the edge of your bathtub and rub the coffee grounds into the cellulite areas. Make sure to put a few piece of newspaper under you because it can get messy.

    Drink 8 – 8oz glasses of water a day to clean cells of toxins.

    Avoid alcohol.

    Exercise regularly. Walk or jog at least three times a week for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Scrub your skin with a loofah or bristle brush. Brush slowly always toward your heart, do this about five minutes a day.
