cellulite removal question!?
I'm about 30lbs over weight and I have tons of cellulite on my legs and butt area. If I lose the weight with diet and exercise will it go away?
There are several great Cellulite Removal treatment therapies on the market today. The most common is mesotherapy. Mesotherapy involves injections of vitamins into the target area that helps break down the fat. Does it hurt? Everyone’s pain tolerance is different so it is difficult to say. Mesotherapy costs $250 – $600 per treatment and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Lippodissolve is very similar to Mesotherapy but it uses a more concentrated solution of vitamins. It generally costs between $400-$1000, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Endermologie is a technique where rollers are applied to the target area to help smooth out the Cellulite. Generally, endermologie is needed to be done twice a week to be affective. It generally costs between $50 – $70, and only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.
Velasmooth is a technique that combines Endermologie with radio frequency designed help speed up your metabolism to burn up the fat causing cellulite. Treatments generally costs between $250 – $400, and like the other treatments only a licensed professional will be able to tell you how many treatments you’d need.

No, cellulite is just something most women have. I'm not overweight but I still have cellulite on the back of my thighs. Some girls who are short and slim still have cellulite. It will probably get reduced if you lose weight though. Try body-brushing, it helps a little. Get a body brush and dry brush (without any soap) your cellulite areas when you shower.

It won't necessarily all go away. Even super-skinny girls have cellulite too. It's all in our genetic make-up. The tissue on the back of our legs and butts are constructed differently than that of males, explaining why we get it and they don't. Losing the weight will help a good deal, but toning exercises after you've lost the initial weight are important for making it less noticeable. You can even try those creams they sell to diminish the look of cellulite, although that's a bit like throwing out your money. If it does make any drastic change, that change is temporary. Plus, they usually just contain a lot of caffeine, which perks the skin up, and salt, which rids the body of toxins and exfoliates.
To sidestep the price, you could rub a mixture of coffee grounds, sea salt, and olive oil into your butt and legs and get the same, yet very temporary results.
