Lose Cellulite Fast!

“Cellulite” is a frightening term to most women. It is the ugliest form of body fat which tends to appear on or around the upper thighs and buttocks area and is usually described as looking like cottage cheese.

Cellulite is extremely hard to get rid of once it begins to appear on your body and even more frustrating is that it’s hard to get rid of even with the most structured diet and exercise program. Once cellulite begins to appear it seems to deperately hang on making it difficult to achieve a smooth appearance on the butt and thigh areas.

There are many theories about what causes cellulite.  Some experts believe that estrogen may play a role in its development.  This would explain why women get cellulite much more commonly than men.  Others believe that toxins in the body affect the fat cells and cause Cellulite to form.  Still others just attribute it to the fact that you may simply be carrying too much body fat in the affected area.

In an attempt to get some clarity on the real cause of this problem, I recently interviewed a world renowned plastic surgeon about his take on the topic.  His opinion does carry some weight (pardon the pun) since he has performed countless liposuction procedures on women who suffer from this very problem.

He says he has an explanation for the hideous “cottage cheese” look which is so commonly related to cellulite. Basically, the fat cells will begin to bulge and move to the skin’s surface if your connective tissue flexibility is less than adequate.

Whether the cause of cellulite is from estrogen or toxins it’s clear that there is no consensus of opinion on the topic. I personally think that the cause of cellulite is genetics but perhaps one of the theories mentioned above or a combination is/are the actual culprit(s)

The good news is that whatever the precise cause may be, I have developed a multi-faceted approach to virtually blowtorch the cellulite right off your butt and thighs!  My system addresses all of the potential causes of cosmetic hardship.  Here it is in a simple, step-by-step format.

1) Improve your collagen/elastin ratio. The easiest way to do this is to increase the number of foods you eat which contain high levels of Vitamin C and bioflavonoids. Oranges, strawberries, blackberries, boysenberries, and green leafy vegetables are particularly good sources.

2) Rid your body of excess toxins. The simplest way to achieve this is to increase your water intake; ideally consuming half of your bodyweight in ounces each day.

3) Eliminate unneccesary toxins. Although some toxins just cannot be avoided (such as pollution) others can easily be eliminated from your body–and life. Drinking, smoking, and taking unneccesary medications are avoidable toxins you should be aware of and cutting back or cutting out of your daily routine.

4) Keep an eye on estrogen levels. Make sure that your diet includes numerous cruciferous vegetables such as brussel sprouts (yes, the vegetable your mother always told you to eat), cabbage, and cauliflower. Not only will these particular vegetables help to detoxify your body but they also contain a substance known as I3C which has been shown to positively affect the metabolism of estrogen.

5) Make sure you are losing fat the “right” way. If you are losing body fat the correct way then the unsightly appearance of cellulite will surely fade.

Lets start by addressing your diet.  You should use a diet that doesnt allow your insulin levels to get too high.  High insulin levels prevent cellulite from being burned, thus making your fat loss efforts much more difficult.  To keep insulin levels in the optimal range, you should eliminate sugar, red meat and processed foods from your diet.  Now lets address the exercise protocol.

Unfortunately, most of us know that your average fat loss techniques don’t remove stubborn cellulite. You can do aerobics all week and still have that pesky cottage cheese-looking fat appear on your body. Obviously this isn’t the best approach to Cellulite Removal so let’s examine some better ideas…

Rather than focus all of your efforts on aerobic activity, incorporate high-intensity sprint training. Doing so will work your hamstrings and glutes while increasing your metabolism.

Couple this with resistance exercises that targets the affected area while simultaneously stimulating lean muscle, and you have a powerful exercise program that will enable you to lose cellulite quickly.  Some of my favorite resistance exercises for losing cellulite are: KB Swings, Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts and Band Good Mornings.

By starting my plan today and combining it with your drive to get rid of cellulite, you’ll see fast and long-term results-guaranteed!

it’s impossible to lose cellulite fat once you have it but there are a lot of lotions that can diminish the appearance like that NIVEA one with l-carnitine. hope that helps.
